General Description 

With the development of reactive power compensation technology, for three-phase unbalanced loads, three-phase capacitors can be switched on and off separately to compensate reactive power. Low Voltage Split Phase Compensation Shunt Capacitor makes the compensation accuracy higher and the power saving effect better. To this end, our company has developed a split-phase compensation shunt capacitor, the shell of which is equipped with a neutral point lead-out terminal, which can easily realize the capacitor's split-phase switching.


Structure

● Three single-phase capacitors, connected to the neutral point (marked with N terminal), constitute three single-phase capacitors. When used, AN, BN, and CN are independent units;

● Each independent unit is connected to a discharge resistor, making it safer to use;

● The damage of any independent unit is connected with a pressure isolation device, which can be reliably disconnected;

● Note: Three single-phase capacitors can also be used for split-phase compensation. The three single-phase community capacitors in this section have the characteristics of small size and convenient use, which have won the favor of users.


Working conditions

● After the capacitor is cut off from the power supply, it must be ensured that the remaining voltage of the capacitor drops to 10% of the rated voltage before being allowed to be turned on again. Generally, this time takes about 200s, so the controller is selected with a controller that has a forced delay function after being cut off;

If a general controller is used, a fast discharge facility must be installed separately. It is not limited to those using equipotential switching controllers.

● Ambient temperature category -25 / C. The lowest temperature is -25 ℃, and the highest temperature is Class C. (The highest temperature does not exceed 50 ℃, the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed 40 ℃, and the average temperature within one year does not exceed 30 ℃. Capacitors should be guaranteed to work in good ventilation conditions, and are not allowed to work in a closed and unventilated environment.
