Introduction
Small Size Patient Monitor is a device that can measure and control the physiological parameters of the patient, and can compare with the known set value, and can send out an alarm if it exceeds the standard. It senses various physiological changes through sensors, and then the amplifier strengthens the information and converts it into electrical information. The data is calculated, analyzed and edited by data analysis software, and then displayed on the various functional modules on the display screen, or recorded as needed and print it out. It can be used during surgery, after surgery, trauma care, coronary heart disease, critically ill patients, newborns, premature babies, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, delivery rooms, etc.

Detection Parameters
1. ECG: The electrocardiogram is one of the most basic monitoring items of monitoring equipment. This process is done through leads linked to the human body.
2. Heart rate: Heart rate measurement is to determine the instantaneous heart rate and average heart rate based on the ECG waveform.
3. Breathing: Mainly monitor the patient's breathing rate.
4. Non-invasive blood pressure: Non-invasive blood pressure monitoring uses the Korotkoff sound detection method. An inflatable cuff is used to block the brachial artery. A series of sounds of different tones will appear in the process of blocking the pressure drop. According to the tone and time, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure can be judged.
5. Body temperature: Body temperature reflects the result of the body's metabolism and is one of the conditions for the body to carry out normal functional activities.
6. Pulse: The patient's pulse is measured by a photoelectric probe clamped on the patient's fingertip or auricle.
7. Blood Gas: Mainly refers to oxygen partial pressure (PO2), carbon dioxide partial pressure (PCO2) and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2).

FAQ
Q: Can this measure O2 continuously over night or will it shutoff after a few minutes? Can it be set for continuous?
A: Sorry, Win8 just over wrote the first part of the response. Note that the device will ,OVERWRITE A PRIOR RECORD WHEN THE RECORD BECOMES FULL. This means that the PRIOR data is lost when the first record becomes FULL. Any device like this is essentially a ONE-RECORD-DEVICE; meaningthat the prior record will be erased when that record becomes FULL-OF-DATA. The key way to solve this is to write software for your laptop that will frequently sample the RECORD, store its contents, and build an Laptop-internal record that captures all the data you want. Remember that you have two BUFFERS to synchronize, i.e., the internal RECORD and the external DATA FILE. SUGGESTION: Buy a Pulse Oximeter device that already does this (i.e., one setup for Sleep Apnea Studies). The main Advantage of this device is that it combines Blood Pressure and SPO2 measurement (Both very important together). Best Regards!
Q: Does the SPO2 has over/under limit indication alarm?
A: The ALARM functions in the menu on the device are for systolic hi/lo and diastolic hi/lo. Those are the only ones.
